Bienvenido, Ahlan, Welcome — Our name is a blend of Spanish and Arabic, meaning “Little House of Peace.” We are a refuge from the everyday, sitting above a small town, in the lush hills of Vega Alta, Puerto Rico (a short 15 minutes to the beach, and 25 minutes from San Juan). 

Casita’s is to be a sanctuary in a world that can be depleting in every way. You are invited to experience the restorative power of nature; recenter in moments of quiet reflection, realign in wholistic health practices, and benefit from the diverse splendor of Puerto Rico .

Casita is dedicated to teaching women how to maintain balance in their home environments. While our programming focuses on regenerative practices for mind, body, soul - we also want you to leave with a better understanding of how to live more harmoniously in our increasingly vulnerable World.

Our programming exists to inspire women to live a more wholistic, contented, and grounded life.
