Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risks:

I, the undersigned guest, hereby acknowledge and understand that there may be certain risks, both known and unknown, associated with staying at Casita del Salaam Bed and Breakfast/Retreat Center, LLLP. I understand that my visit entails certain risks and hazards, including but not limited to slips, falls, personal injuries, property damage, or loss. I voluntarily assume all such risks and acknowledge that Casita del Salaam, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries or damages incurred during my stay:

1. Safety and Security: I understand that Casita del Salaam takes reasonable measures to maintain the safety and security of the premises. However, I acknowledge that accidents, and other unforeseen events may occur. I agree to exercise caution and be responsible for my personal safety, children, and belongings during my stay.

2. Property and Personal Belongings: I acknowledge that I am responsible for any damage caused by me or my guests to the property, its structures, appliances, furniture, or other belongings provided for my use during my stay. I agree to indemnify and hold Casita del Salaam harmless from any claims, damages, or costs incurred due to my actions or negligence.

3. Health and Well-being: I confirm that I am fully aware of my own physical and mental health conditions and understand the potential risks associated with my stay. Casita del Salaam shall not be held liable for any physical injury, illness, allergic reactions, or psychological distress that may arise during or as a result of my stay.

4. Activities: I acknowledge that I have the option to engage in recreational activities available at Casita del Salaam. I understand that participation in these activities may involve inherent risks and release Casita del Salaam from any liability arising from my participation. I agree to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided.

5. Injuries or Damages: In the event that I suffer any injuries or damage to my personal property during my stay at Casita del Salaam, I agree to notify the management immediately and cooperate in the investigation of the incident. I acknowledge that any liability on the part of Casita del Salaam Bed and Breakfast shall be limited to the extent allowed by law.

6.Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Casita del Salaam, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action brought against them by any third party in relation to my stay at Casita del Salaam, including any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by said third party.

7.Insurance: I understand that Casita del Salaam does not provide personal or property insurance coverage for any guests. As such, I am advised to carry adequate insurance to cover personal injury or damage to my personal property during my stay.

8. Force Majeure: I understand that Casita del Salaam strives to provide an exceptional and uninterrupted experience. However, in the event of any event or circumstance that is beyond the reasonable control of Casita del Salaam, and which, consequently, hinders, delays, or prevents the fulfillment of our obligations “Casita” shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences that may result. This includes, but is not limited to, issues such as cancellation or alteration of reservations, restriction or suspension of certain amenities or services, or any other circumstances arising from force majeure events.
